Party cabaret. Live sewing. World-class circus.

From sell-out seasons in Canada and Aotearoa, step inside the glitter-fuelled chaos of fashion label HAUS of YOLO.

For one night only, head designer (and part-time conman) Welt Couture will create their “Adelaide” collection live on stage — as acrobats, models, and misfits bring each look to life through jaw-dropping circus and camp comedy.

Fast fashion has never been faster, funnier, or riskier. From Aotearoa’s daring circus company The Dust Palace, this is couture on a deadline.

You only live once — but if you do it right, once is enough.

Save the Ice Creams. Save the World!

Siblings Bonnie and Nikau have been promised a special treat, ice creams! But it’s a hot day and on the way home the ice creams begin to melt…

Their journey home becomes an epic adventure that transforms important issues around environmental change into a double scoop of delight. Sprinkled with aerial acrobatics, contortion, ice cream juggling and more, the siblings work their way through environmental issues to get the ice cream safely home for the whānau.

Children and families delight in this silly, fun and sweet story told through the wonders of circus.

Ticket includes an illustrated PDF storybook to help learners prepare for or reflect on the story.

The Ice Cream is Melting! will be performed at Ellerslie Arts, home of The Dust Palace in the Ellerslie War Memorial Hall, right in the heart of Ellerslie these school holidays. Suitable for children aged 3-8 and their families.

He karanga nō te kainga. Pulling us heart first back to the ngāhere.

The Tūī soaks up the world around it and responds in song. Though beautiful, its tune is now a faint echo of what it once was when Aotearoa was blanketed in the ngāhere, flutes of patupaiarehe filled the trees and Māori alone walked gently upon their mother.

Te Tangi a Te Tūī invites you to experience an enchanting and empowering Māori cirque theatre work about adaptation and authenticity. This collaboration between kaupapa Māori theatre company, Te Rēhia Theatre and circus theatre company, The Dust Palace, is an evocative narrative of love and loss between Māori and the natural world in the face of colonial impact.

After sell out seasons in Vancouver, Tāmaki Makaurau, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taranaki, Whangārei & Kerikieri, Te Tangi a Te Tūī is set to travel back to Canada in 2026.
