Special Workshop Series for December 2025

We had a few spare spots in the space in December and I’ve been away so much I’ve not done any teaching the year! So I was super keen to share some time and learning space with anyone who wants to up-skill a bit!

The workshops will run with a minimum of 6 sign ups, so if you’re keen make sure your friends join too!! Please let me know if you need any more information or wanna chat about pre-reqs or anything!

Toss the Flyer

Dynamic Trio, colloquially known as Toss, is the art of skill-fully throwing and flipping between three or more people. Two bases swing a flyer between them, using the momentum to execute amazing tricks and skills. Dynamic trio is exciting, hard physical work and very very fun. 

This three part workshop will cover fundamental techniques for safely training Dynamic Trio as well as level appropriate skills and their progressions. We cover body positions, strength development, the physics of motion, safety and most importantly communication.  

Duration: 3 x 1.5 hours 

Dates: 4th, 11th and 18th December

Prerequisites: n/a 

Participants please bring: wrist wraps or tape, chalk. Comfortable clothing you can move in with wrists exposed. Fliers should also have ankles exposed.

Dynamic Technique: Duo Trapeze

Want to level up your aerial doubles? This workshop will push your Duo Trapeze technique to the next level. Focussed on dynamic technique, we’ll cover the generation of momentum from tempos up. Workshop will cover semi and full releases as well as a cute collection of movement pathways. Come ready to work and have your skills pushed.

Duration: 3 x 2 hours

Participants please bring: Base/Flyer can comfortably hang on a bar and invert and have been working together in the air.

Performance Lab

Suitable for both new performers and more experienced artists. Performance Lab is focussed on developing performance skills for circus artists from the ground up. How to grow your presence onstage, tell the story you want to, connect the ground to the air, and un-leash your creative voice!
