How to book classes:
Purchase a Product/Package to get the credit for your desired classes (this is the best value for money and is cheaper than buying casual trial classes). In the receipt sent to you email, you will be given a code to use when selecting classes.
Select the class you wish to attend .
If you are booking multiple sessions of the same class, select make a “recurring reservation” 10 occurrences or “add other options” to pick and choose which weeks you attend.
You will be prompted to pay
Repeat from step 2 if you are attending multiple class types.
NB: It is easier to track purchased credits by creating a login account. This can be done after your first purchase through Acuity where once purchased, you’ll get prompted to save your details to login.
Rescheduling/Changing/Cancelling classes:
To reschedule/change/cancel a class, select the class you’re wanting to change (this can be found in your email confirmation of what classes you’ve signed up to or via you login) and then reselect the class you wish to now attend.
NB: Changes/Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made 24hrs prior to the class.
Discounts for whānau groups.
For 2 or more kids from the same whānau attending classes, email us at kiaora@thedustpalace.co.nz to find out about our discounted whānau rates.
Note for any those with more than one person under the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS for your booking, ie. people from the same whānau:
Follow the steps above for the first person.
Then when entering the 2nd (or more) person, change the booking name, and use the package code/your email to pay.
